The grapes for this wine come from our vineyards of ages between 40-50 years old, located in the foothill of the Moncayo, at an altitud of 650 meters.
Grapes harvested using 15kg crates. By selecting the vineyards with very low production and optimum maturity.
First cold fermentation following of the alcoholic fermentation in vats with the temperature controlled at 25 °C preserving the floral fruit of a special garnacha.
After the alcoholic fermentation we proceed to his drain off and press.
Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels for 9 months.
Aging in bottle for 3 months.
