Vino Blanco - Portal del Moncayo

Senda de Hoyas White

This white wine is made with grapes from vineyards located in the Somontano of the Moncayo, belonging to the “Campo de Borja” DO, aged between 10 and 30 years, at an altitude between 400-600 meters.

 

Elaboration

Gentle pressing and debourbage. Traditional fermentation in coated cement vats at a controlled temperature between 16-19 °C.

Tasting

After a careful elaboration process we obtain a young wine very clean and bright.

Yellow straw colour. Nice aroma, very floral with notes of freshness.

The palate is long, soft, nice and round with a good balance citrus and fruity.
